Preparation of the bikes
Before each reservation, the bikes are prepared, checked, and fully charged. A complete technical check-up is carried out by Eco Ride Wallonie to ensure that the equipment is ready to be used upon your arrival.

Your bikes are made available to you directly at your place of stay.

Electric mountain bikes can be used without issue in the rain. We simply advise you to wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. In
the case of rain, the rental cannot be canceled or refunded.

Yes. A deposit of €250 per mountain bike is required, with a maximum of €750 per reservation.
In case of damage or theft, a deductible of €300 per mountain bike may be applied, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
